Booking conditions

 

• Down payment: 30% of the rental price when booking

• Final payment: 4 weeks before the date of arrival

• Deposit: a refundable property damage deposit of € 400 in cash will be charged when you move in.

• Arrival day: daily - Earliest arrival time: 3:00 p.m.

• Departure: by 10:00 a.m. at the latest

 

Cancellation policy

 

If you want to cancel your booking you can do so by writing to us. Just send an email to info@villa-marisa.com. All cancellations will take effect from the day Villa-Marisa received the email. Cancellation of bookings will result in cancellation fees. The amount depends on when we were informed in writing of the cancellation.

 

The following cancellation fees apply:

 

In the event of cancellation up to 30 days before the date of arrival, 30% of the total price will be charged.

In the event of cancellation within 30 days of the arrival date, the entire amount will be retained.
We recommend purchasing cancellation insurance in cooperation with Uniqa dd Versicherung during the rental reservation. In the event of cancellation of the reservation, the guest requests the refund of the amount directly from the insurance company in accordance with the provisions of Uniqa dd insurance policies.

 

 

Terms of payment

 

Payments can only be made by bank transfer in euros. You will be given the bank details when you make your booking.
